He mixes these with the chicken piece and lets it marinate for a while. He then fries it in oil to make these super tasty chicken kebabs. He further shared that to make soft and juicy chicken kebabs it is important to follow the precise measurements.
Here is a step-by-step recipe-
- Take one kilo of chicken and cut it into small pieces for the kebabs. Clean it thoroughly with water.
- After cleaning, add an appropriate amount of green chillies, corn flour, tandoori chicken masala, mint, coriander, eggs, ginger and garlic paste, pepper powder, lemon, salt, and kasuri methi to the chicken. Let it marinate for an hour at least. Marination will allow the salt and spices to get infused into the meat.
- Now, add a bit of oil to a pan and let it heat. Then fry the chicken till it turns a beautiful shade of red
- Once done, remove it from the oil. This way, the kebabs will be healthier.
