THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Artech Realtors has launched its 42nd project at Ambalamukku. Artech Realtors managing director T S Asok and Sankaranarayanan laid the foundation stone for the new project, ‘Artech Sanam,’ on June 18."Artech Sanam reflects the Artech tradition of providing eco-friendly, aesthetically designed homes that spell happiness and comfort. The engineering structure is designed to meet customer expectations with spaces that reflect individual lifestyle. The new project envisages ten floors with 1825 sq ft and 2725 sq ft three bedroom apartments. Artech Sanam will also sport roof-top party area with gazebos and landscapes, fully-equipped AC gym among other amenities. Artech Realtors has successfully completed and handed over 21 projects and has 19 ongoing ones, the company said in the state.
