A local court has summoned former BJP MP Satyadev Singh in connection with a 1993 murder case.
A local court has summoned former BJP MP Satyadev Singh in connection with a 1993 murder case.
According to the prosecution, Singh is charged with instigating his gunman Rajnath Singh to open fire at Congress polling agent Gulam Hussain at Nayanagar booth under Utraula during the 1993 Assembly elections.
Hussain had died on the spot.
The CJM today ordered the two time BJP MP from Balrampur to appear before the court on April 14
