Endosulfan stir: Medha to open

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Prominent environmentalist Medha Patkar will inaugurate the ‘Samarasangamam’ agitation organised by the Endosulfan Victims’ Democratic Movement demanding the rehabilitation of endosulfan victims, in front of the Secretariat on Monday at 11 am. The agitation will also demand that the state should officially declare all those who are affected by the usage of endosulfan as victims and establish a tribunal and also provide free medical care to the victims. R V G Menon, Anathalavattom Anandan, C R Neelakantan and K Ajitha will also attend.
