Dog scares students

CUTTACK: Panic gripped the campus of the Bhubananda Orissa School of Engineering (BOSE) here on Friday when a dog moved around with a severed head of a new born baby. When students and staff gathered around the dog, it dropped the newborn’s head and ran away. Police rushed to the spot and recovered the remains of the baby. The newborn is believed to have died and buried in the vicinity. The stray dogs might have scavenged it and mauled the  body. A case of unnatural death has been registered in this connection, police said.
