A woman was found murdered at her relative's home in Madhu Vihar, Delhi Police said. She was reportedly murdered when she was alone. Identified as Poonam, the victim was visiting her relative's home and even though the motive of the murder is not yet clear, but police suspect that some one close to the woman was involved in the crime.
According to the police, Poonam visited her relative at around 5 pm. According to her family members when Ponnam came then there were a lot of people in the house. But the family members went out for some work to the market and when they returned an hour later they found Poonam's blood stained body on the bed.
The police said the criminals' entry into the house seemed to have been friendly which suggests that she knew them. Police has registered a case of murder at the Madhu Vihar police station and are collecting information from Poonam's family and friends.
