KOCHI: Chinese Navy’s training ship ‘Zheng He’ called at Kochi on Wednesday. Rear Admiral Liao Shining, Deputy Chief of Naval Staff, Peoples Liberation Army-Navy(PLA Navy)is embarked on board the vessel as the task commander.
