A 20-year-old man was violently attacked by a gym trainer in Mumbai. The gym trainer, Dharavi Nakel, struck Yogesh Shinde on the head with a ‘Mugdar’ (a wooden club used in akharas).
In CCTV footage of the incident, Yogesh Shinde is seen exercising at the gym when suddenly one of the trainers picks up the equipment and approaches him.
The trainer then violently strikes Yogesh on the head with the wooden club. Other people and trainers at the gym intervened, pushing the accused away and preventing further harm to Yogesh.

Yogesh is visibly in pain, holding his head as he sits on a bench. Yogesh sustained head injuries, including two skull fractures, due to the attack.
According to reports, Yogesh’s angry glance at the gym trainer triggered the attack. The Navghar police have registered a case and arrested the trainer in connection with the incident.
