KOCHI: Under the aegis of the Rotary Club of Cochin Midtown and Dentofacial Esthetic Centre (DEC)- Saraf Hospital, a screening camp will be organised for the young girls with jaw deformities on every Saturdays till October 22. The camp is held in connection with a project to help women with deformities and to undergo free corrective surgery. The DEC will focus on the problems related to the deformity of the face and the teeth and would address problems affecting the appearance of the face in general - ranging from defective teeth, mis-aligned teeth, small moles and pigmentations on the face, to complex dental and facial deformities. The centre has also provisions to treat the poor and needy who cannot afford the required treatment procedures.The DEC has already launched a charitable project named ‘Beautiful face.
