HYDERABAD: TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu said that his daughter-in-law Brahmani would reply to the notices served on her by the CBI for purchasing a villa in Emaar Properties.Speaking to reporters here on Friday, he said Brahmani’s father N Balakrishna purchased the villa much before her marriage. Balakrishna had paid one instalment through a cheque, Naidu said, but did not specify whether Balakrishna had paid any amount through unofficial channels.Stating that allegations against him with regard to agreement with Emaar Properties were false, Naidu said it was YSR’s government that changed the agreement favouring Emaar. He claimed the TDP government entered into an agreement with Emaar in a transparent manner. On the arrest of Amar Singh in the cash-for-vote scam, Naidu said that the beneficiary was Prime Minister himself, but he was left out and others arrested, he said.On YS Jagan meeting the PM, Naidu said the Kadapa MP had alleged that the TDP colluded with the Cong, but now he is colluding with it.
