New Delhi: Anushree, who earned huge popularity in Karnataka with popular TV reality show 'Kannada Bigg Boss', is all set to make her on-screen debut. Anushree grabbed everyone's attention as an anchor with comedy show, 'Comedy Killadigalu'. And if reports are to be believed, Anushree will make a debut as an actress with 'Benki Potna'. The film will be directed by TK Dayanand and produced by pro-Kannada activist Narayana Gowda who heads Karnataka Rakshana Vedike.
In one of her interviews, Anushree had said she got ten film offers, but nothing was striking enough. But when Dayanand narrated the story, she thought it was special and accepted the offer. She also added that her mother was thinking if she would be able to do justice for the role. Currently, the crew is busy with the cast in rehearsal for the film.
