Ram Charan’s highly anticipated film Game Changer, which is directed by Shankar, has once again delayed its release and is now expected to hit theatres either in January or in the summer of 2025. The film stars Ram Charan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. The shooting has been stalled, and the whole team is disappointed because of the delay.
It has been reported that the main reason for the delay is the director Shankar himself, as he is simultaneously shooting Indian 2, starring Kamal Haasan in the lead role. This has already caused a lot of delays and even the fans are angered by the situation.
Initially, the film was planned to be released in 2023, but due to constant delays, it was pushed to 2024. Now, the news of it being delayed again to 2025 has caused a lot of stir among the people.
Apart from the leads, the film also stars Anjali, SJ Suryah, Jayaram, Sunil, Srikanth and Nassar in prominent roles. Game Changer is produced by Dil Raju under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations. The music is given by Thamam S and the cinematography is handled by Tirru.
The delay of Game Changer has also impacted the schedule of Ram Charan. Recently, he announced his upcoming film with director Buchi Babu which is tentatively titled #RC16. The delay of Game Changer will further push RC16. It was also reported that Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff will be seen in a negative role in the film.
