Collect the first 120 stars. This includes hidden stars and comet stars.

Collect all the Comet Medals. This includes The Ultimate Test's Comet Medal.

Make it to the end of the game and win. This will unlock all the Green Star missions.

Go through all the worlds and find the secret green stars. This will unlock Grandmaster Galaxy. Beat the level with the Comet Medal.
