Download Doodle Buddy from the iTunes App Store. You can get it with or without ads. Without ads is the 0.99 cent version.
Locate the tic tac toe icon. Push on that.
Select the tic tac toe board that you see.
Be sure that you are drawing with brush, chalk, or glitter. The other options won't work for this.
Start playing your game. Be prepared to tie a lot if you are playing alone.
