This is a great tea for sore throats and even better for ginger lovers. It's very flavorful and easy! It takes about 5-20 minutes to make.
Peel and slice the ginger root into small pieces. Put them in a pot with 2 cups of water and just barely boil.
Fish the ginger pieces out of the water or leave them in.
Add orange juice. Stir.
Add lemon juice. Stir
Add honey, bit by bit. Stir well, as you want your honey to mix in well.
Serve!
