Quick Settings on Google Search on Desktop
Perform a Google search. The quickest way to change your language settings is to perform a search at Google.com first and access Quick Settings.
Click Android 7 Search on the search results page. You can find this gear icon in the upper-right corner of the search results page.
Click Languages. It displays the current language and will let you change that setting.
Click the language you want to change. If you want to change your entire Google experience, so all the display text is in a different language, select Display language. However, if you only want your search results to show in a different language, select Results language filter. If you want to see results from different areas of the world, select Results region.
Select the language you want to use and click Confirm. If the language is set to one you don't understand, the "Confirm" option is on the far right of the window. If you aren't logged in with your Google account, the settings will stay until you close your browser session. If you are signed in with your Google account, the language changes will saved and loaded every time you log in.
Settings on Phone and Tablet
Go to https://myaccount.google.com/ and sign in. You can use any web browser to go to this site and change your language with Google. Use this method to change your Google websites and search results language on Android, iPhone, and iPad. If you have an Android signed into the same Google account, you can go to Settings > Google > Manage your Google Account.
Tap the Personal info tab. You'll see the tab between Home and Data & privacy.
Tap Language. It's under the "General preferences for the web" header.
Tap Android 7 Edit next to your current language. This pencil icon will allow you to add another language.
Select the language you want to add and tap Save. You'll see a confirmation that all the text on Google websites will change to your preferred language.
