MTV VMAs 2023: Taylor Swift Creates History With Record 9 Wins; See Full List of Winners
The MTV Video Music Awards presented Moon Man trophies to the best of the best in the music industry on Tuesday night (Wednesday morning in India).

The 2023 MTV Video Music Awards were presented on Tuesday (Wednesday in India) with Nicki Minaj hosting the show, as well as performing, at the Prudential Center in New Jersey.

Taylor Swift, who was leading the pack with a total of 11 nominations, was the big winner at the 2023 MTV VMAs, including the top award of the night Video of the Year for ‘Anti-Hero.’

Beyoncé, Doja, Karol G, Minaj and Shakira joined Swift as artist of the year nominees, marking the first time since the category was introduced in 2017 that all artist of the year nominees are women. Shakira received the Video Vanguard Award. The night also welcomed brand new category Best Afrobeats.

Demi Lovato, Shakira, Olivia Rodrigo, Cardi B with Megan Thee Stallion, Diddy, Lil Wayne, Doja Cat and Fall Out Boy, among others, also performed throughout the ceremony.
