Like father, like son. A comparison said too often, proved too little. Ronaldo Jr. though showed the world what it truly means to replicate one’s father as the 13-year-old recreated a stellar header in the classic fashion of his superstar father.
Throughout his career, Cristiano Ronaldo has been renowned for being one of the deadliest aerial threats, arguably in football history, with his stunning headers that have claimed many a trophy. Now, his son is showing promising signs of developing the same skillset as his father.

Ronaldo’s son seems to have picked up the goalscoring gene from his father as the 13-year-old has scored 50 goals in just 20 games with Real Madrid’s under-14 team, and played even more phenomenally at Juventus, scoring 58 goals and adding 18 assists in just 23 games.
In fact, one of his shining moments came in the Juventus youth ranks, when the teenager made headlines by netting seven times in the first half during a game at the Torneo Internacional de Futbol de Marítimo in his father’s native Madeira.
Now, as a part of Al-Nassr’s youth setup, Ronaldo Jr. continues to dominate and flourish at the U-13 ranks. He signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with the Saudi side last year and made his debut for the club in October 2023 against Al Qadsiah.
His father Cristiano Ronaldo, on the other hand, also continues to age like a fine wine, netting himself 54 goals in 59 appearances over the last calendar year to end up becoming the top goalscorer in football last year, as he finished with a higher tally than the likes of Erling Haaland, Harry Kane, Kylian Mbappe and arch-rival Lionel Messi.
The Portuguese striker capped off his past year in some style receiving three awards at the Dubai Globe Scoccer Awards, but failed to make any impression at the Ballon D’or and FIFA The Best awards, which were both clinched by Lionel Messi.
