Kolkata: Continuing their signing spree, Mohun Bagan who struggled in the just-concluded season on Tuesday unveiled star Indian players Syed Rahim Nabi and NP Pradeep as their latest recruit.
Nabi, who represented East Bengal for seven years, has inked a two-year deal with Mohun Bagan, while Pradeep, who played for Viva Kerala, has signed a one year contract.
Mohun Bagan had on Monday unveiled Nigerian ace Odafa, Okolie the biggest ever catch by the club. The former East Bengal skipper Nabi said he was looking forward to play with the Nigerian goal machine.
"It will be really nice to play with him. It's going to be a very good team and we are hopeful to win the I League that will be our target," Nabi said. Asked about leaving East Bengal, Nabi said: "I always wanted to play for Mohun Bagan. Last year it could not be materialised. I am very happy this year."
