Janhvi Kapoor Slays In Golden Kanjivaram Silk Saree For Devara Trailer Launch

Janhvi Kapoor will soon make her debut in Telugu with Koratala Siva’s upcoming film Devara: Part 1. The actress has been making headlines not only for her flawless acting skills but also for her impeccable saree-torial elegance. For the trailer launch of the film, Janhvi chose a stunning golden Kanjivaram silk saree that set major fashion goals for the festive season and had everyone talking.

Janhvi Kapoor’s silk Kanjivaram saree was from the collection of ace designer Manish Malhotra. The rich golden hue of the saree was enhanced by embroidered crystals and antique gold sequin work, which made the outfit glow. A vibrant, thin pink border running along the edges added a pop of colour. She paired the stunning saree with a signature metal sequin blouse featuring semi-sleeves and a scoop neckline. For the drape, she maintained a traditional look by keeping the pallu open and allowing it to fall gracefully from her shoulders.

Styled by celebrity fashion stylist Ami Patel, Janhvi accessorised her look with a pair of golden mirror-work jhumkas, a ring with a green stone and a nose pin. In the glam department, Janhvi’s makeup blended well with her outfit’s palette. It featured golden shimmery eyelids enhanced with black eyeliner, kohl kajal, mascara and well-shaped brows. Contoured cheeks, a hint of blush, highlighter, nude pink lipstick and a small bindi completed her look. Lastly, Janhvi styled her hair in soft wavy curls with a middle parting. She left it loose, draping it over one shoulder.
