The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has reopened the online application window for the NEET MDS 2024. The exam registration process will remain open till Monday, March 11 at 11:55 pm.
The NBEMS has also extended the internship deadline until June 30. Following directives from the Government of India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), the NBEMS has decided to reopen the registration window for NEET MDS 2024.
“Pursuant to the directions of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Govt. of India vide its letter no. V.12025/158/2022-DE dated 07.03.2024, the cut-off date for completion of the internship has been extended to 30th June 2024 for the purpose of eligibility for NEET-MDS 2024,” reads the official notice.
Candidates, who finish their internship between April 1 and June 30 this year, are eligible to apply for the NEET MDS 2024 exam via the official website at natboard.edu.in.
The exam conducting body has also revised the NEET MDS 2024 hall ticket date. As per the revised schedule, the admit card for the same will be released on Friday, March 15 and the NEET MDS exam will be conducted on Monday, March 18. Candidates can download NEET MDS 2024 admit cards (when released) by entering their registration number, date of birth (DoB), and other details on the login page.
While applying online, candidates will have the option of selecting their preferred state for examination. Depending on availability, test cities will be allocated within the chosen state or in a nearby state.
Applicants must carefully complete their applications during the specified registration window. It is recommended that errors be avoided during application submission, as there will be no opportunity for modification later.
NEET MDS 2024: Steps To Apply
Step 1: Go to the official website of NBEMS at nbe.edu.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘NEET MDS 2024’ link.
Step 3: As a new window opens, click on the ‘Application’ link.
Step 4: First register yourself on the portal. Then fill out the application form as directed.
Step 6: Pay the examination fee and upload the essential documents, if necessary.
Step 7: Cross-check all the details and submit the form as asked.
