The National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development, or NABARD has started accepting applications for the position of Assistant Manager 2024. Candidates who meet the requirements can apply online at nabard.org. They can apply for the posts by August 15. The Phase I preliminary examination will take place on September 1.
This year, the recruitment process aims to fill a total of 102 positions including Assistant Manager in Grade ‘A’ (RURAL DEVELOPMENT BANKING SERVICE) (RDBS) for 100 vacancies whereas Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ (RajBhasha) for 2 posts vacancies.
NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024: Age Limit
As of July 1, 2024, the age limit for the candidates should be between 21 to 30 years. That is, the applicant needs to be born between July 02, 1994, to July 01, 2003.
NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024: How to Apply
Step 1. Visit the official NABARD website, nabard.org.
Step 2. Search for the Assistant Manager recruitment post notification from the homepage.
Step 3. You will be redirected to a new page. From the career notices, click on the ‘Apply here’ option under the ‘Recruitment To The Post Of Assistant Manager In Grade ‘A’ (RDBS) – 2024’ link.
Step 4. In the login page, register yourself with your personal details.
Step 5. Enter your details, pay the required fee, and click on submit.
Step 6. Review your application form, and download the same for future use.
Candidates, who are new users, need to register themselves first with their details including the candidate’s name, mobile number, and email ID. Already registered candidates can apply directly for the exam. They are required to check the detailed educational qualifications according to their subject backgrounds under the preferred vacancy posts from the official notification.
NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024: Application Fees
For SC, ST, and PwBD applicants, the application charge is Rs 150. For all other applicants, the application cost is Rs 700 plus Rs 150 for notification fees, which is a total of Rs 850. Candidates must note that the applicable fee must be paid online and is non-refundable. The candidate is responsible for covering any bank transaction fees associated with the online application fee and notification payment.
NABARD Grade A Recruitment 2024: Selection Procedure
There are four stages of the selection procedure which are the preliminary exam, main exam, psychometric test, and interview. There will be 200 questions in the preliminary test consisting of 200 marks. There will be a 120-minute exam. There will be 200 marks in the main exam, which will take 210 minutes to complete. There will also be a 90-minute psychometric test that will consist of multiple-choice questions. The final process will be an interview round for 50 marks.
It should be noted that the applicants must download call letters for the online exam (Phase I, II, and III) from the NABARD website. Additionally, an email or SMS will be used to notify the applicants of the call letter download.
