Munger University Begins Admission Process For PG Courses
Munger University has started admissions for its PG courses, offering opportunities to both regular and backlog students from the 2021-23 session.

Munger University has commenced admissions for its PG courses, offering opportunities to both regular and backlog students from the 2021-23 session for the academic period spanning 2022 to 2024 across 20 PC departments and 6 PG centres starting March 1. Notifications have been released, ensuring students’ admission into PG Semester 3.

Dr Bhavesh Chandra Pandey, the Enrollment Committee Officer at Munger University, has revealed that admissions for PG regular students for the years 2022 to 2024, as well as backlog students from the session 2021-23, will remain open until March 6. Before enrollment, students are required to undergo a physical document verification process at their respective PG departments and centres. Students must submit photocopies of their admit cards and mark sheets, or copies of their Transcript Records (TR) from PG Semesters 1 and 2. Only upon completion of these steps will students be eligible for enrollment into PG Semester 3.

Dr. Amar Kumar, the Controller of Examinations at Munger University, has announced that the university is currently engaged in the scrutiny process for PG Semester 2 examinations for the session 2022-24. The result will be released after the conclusion of the scrutiny process.

Notably, in scrutiny, there is no re-checking or re-evaluation of the answer book; only the addition and tallying of marks given by the examiner beforehand is conducted. If any student finds that the addition and marks posted by the examiner are correct, the result will remain unchanged.

Before paying the examination fees, it will be mandatory to upload the following documents:

Application form (approved by the college)

Admission letter

Photocopy of the mark sheet.

Fees:

The examination fee without a late fee is 500 rupees, while with the late fee included, it amounts to 600 rupees, with an additional 100 rupees charged as a late fee. Notably, all students will be able to pay their examination fees online while verifying the physical authenticity of their documents through the online medium.

The examination form filling date for PG Semester III (session 2022-24) and PG Semester III Backlog (session 2021-23) students are scheduled without late fee from March 5 to March 12, 2024. Additionally, a late fee will apply from March 13 to March 14, 2024.
