The Biology Academy of Bareilly is launching a new initiative that will provide students with free preparation for the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th IIT and NEET exams.

Deserving and brilliant students from Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, would now be eligible for free tutoring for Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (NEET). A considerable number of students studying in government schools are talented but financially disadvantaged. As a result, they are unable to pursue further professional courses. To help such students, the Biology Academy of Bareilly is launching a new programme, wherein candidates will receive free preparation or coaching for the 9th, 10th, 11th, and 12th IIT exams, as well as the NEET.

Professor of The Biology Academy, Dr Rohit Pratap Singh, told Local18 that they provide free education to deserving students who have a ration card and identified as living below the poverty line, or with an income of less than Rs 10 lakh annually.

These students who are unable to study due to financial constraints will be offered free coaching for further studies in The Biology Academy of Bareilly, allowing them to have a bright and successful future, Dr Singh added.

Singh elaborated on the new programme, stating that classes will be conducted digitally. According to him, due to the growing effect of technology, classes are now made available to students via digital means. The classes will take place from 8 am to 7 pm.

To provide excellent education to students, teachers in Delhi, Kota, Lucknow, Prayagraj, and other major cities will conduct the IIT, NEET, and other classes online. In addition, scholarship examinations for deserving male and female candidates will also be scheduled regularly.

Meanwhile, the Uttar Pradesh government’s Abhudaya Scheme provides free support and coaching to aspirants for NEET UG and IIT JEE Mains. Students are selected for the free coaching centres using an admission exam designed expressly for this purpose. The enrollment for this admission exam usually opens in March, to give free engineering and medical coaching.

Other states and school boards, on the other hand, also offer free assistance to students interested in pursuing careers in medicine and engineering.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) provides free coaching, food, and shelter to JEE and NEET candidates. The selection process is based on an admission exam administered in September. According to Free Press Journal, coaching centres in Patna, Chhapra, Darbhanga, Saharsa, Muzzafarpur, Bhagalpur, Munger, Purnia, and Gaya provide free non-residential coaching.
