The placement cycle at IIM Lucknow witnessed participation from a record number of 250+ recruiters across various domains.

The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (IIML) recently concluded its final placements for the batch of PGP38 and ABM19 in 2024. The institute achieved an impressive feat by securing 634 offers for 576 students, resulting in a 100 per cent placement rate for the batch.

In an official statement, IIM Lucknow highlighted that this batch marked the largest in the institute’s 38-year history. The statement also noted, “IIM Lucknow Final Placements 2024 successfully recorded the average and median CTC of Rs 30 lakh per annum and Rs 27 lakh per annum, respectively.”

The placement cycle at IIM Lucknow witnessed participation from a record number of 250+ recruiters across various domains, setting a new benchmark. Notable companies such as ABG, Accenture, Adani Group, BCG, Deloitte, Jio Financial Services, McKinsey, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Samagra, Shell, VISA, Target, TAS and others actively engaged in the recruitment process.

The 634 offers extended to the students encompassed diverse fields and roles, including Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT and Analytics, Sales and Marketing, Operations and Retail E-Commerce. The presence of top recruiters from around the world underscored the global appeal of IIM Lucknow.

IIM Lucknow has consistently maintained a stellar track record in placements. During the summer placements, students from PGP and PGP-ABM secured 100 per cent placements, securing a total of 576 offers. The average and median stipends acquired by the students during the summer placements stood at INR 1.31 lakh per month and INR 1.30 lakh per month, respectively, as per the statistics released in October 2023.
