Haryana Staff Selection Commission has announced vacancies related to the posts of Assistant Lineman, Trained Graduate Teachers, Deputy Ranger and Warder. Vacancies related to the positions of Assistant Superintendent, Junior Coach and Haryana Police Constable have also been released.
Interested candidates can apply for these positions on the official website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission, i.e- hssc.gov.in. The application process for these vacancies commenced on April 1.

Interested candidates can apply for the vacancies on or before May 1, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Lineman– Candidates should have completed their matriculation course with 02 years of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) course in Electrician or the Wireman trade.
2. TGT (Physical Education) – The aspirants should have a graduate degree with a B.P.Ed. (Bachelor of Physical Education) or D.P.Ed (Diploma in Physical Education) course. Interested aspirants are also required to clear the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET)/STET (State Teacher Eligibility Test). They should have Physical Education, Hindi or Sanskrit as a subject in Matriculation or Higher Education exam.
3. Deputy Ranger- The candidates looking for a job in this field should have a diploma in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or Environmental Science from any recognised University or Institute. They should have Hindi or Sanskrit as one of their subjects in the Matriculation or Higher Education examination.
4. Warder Male/Female- Candidates should have passed class 12th from any recognised board.
5. Assistant Superintendent Jail (Male) – It is necessary to be a graduate and be qualified in Hindi or Sanskrit subjects in high school.
6. Junior Coach (in all subjects) – A Graduate degree, and a coaching diploma from the Netaji Subhas National Institute of Sports: Patiala will be required. The candidates should also know Hindi or Sanskrit up to matriculation standards.
7. Constable (General Duty) – Male/Female candidates should have passed class 10th from any recognised university or institute.
8. Sub Inspector (General Duty) – Candidates should have pursued graduation from any recognised university. Also, one should know Hindi/Sanskrit till matriculation.
Selection Process
Selection Process will be based on 4 stages-
1. Written exam
2. A 2.5 per cent weightage will be given to the candidates as per the socio-economic parameters.
