Faculty- Candidates should have MSW/MA in Rural Development/MA in Sociology/Psychology/BSc. (Agriculture)/BA with B.Ed degree. Also, candidates should have a passion for teaching along with computer knowledge.

Guard cum Gardener- Candidates should have passed class 7th from any recognized board or institute.

Age Limit

Faculty- Candidates applying for these posts should have a maximum age limit of 65 years and should also be in good health.

Guard cum Gardener- The minimum age limit of the candidates should be 22 years and the maximum age limit should not exceed 40 years.

The role of the Faculty primarily involves supporting the Director in various key activities at the centre. These responsibilities include:

Assisting in the organization and execution of Training and Awareness Programmes.

Generating applications and participating in the candidate selection process.

Preparing the Annual Action Plan for the center.

Managing logistics for training programs.

Conducting training sessions and delivering lectures.

Preparing notes and other relevant materials for training sessions.

Engaging in similar tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre.

The responsibilities of the Guard cum Gardener include:

Security: Ensuring the safety and security of the premises by keeping watch and ward.

Gardening: Performing gardening tasks, including the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds.

Support Duties: Assisting with attendant duties as needed.

Additional Tasks: Carrying out any other responsibilities assigned by the Director from time to time.
