As the competition is increasing among the students for the engineering and medical entrances, the Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) has decided to provide free coaching to the students for the JEE and NEET entrance examinations. To provide free education, the education board of Bihar is inviting applications from teachers for its JEE and NEET free coaching programmes.
According to the notification issued by the board, the last date to apply for the application is February 29. Interested candidates also have the option of applying from multiple districts. To apply to become a teacher in the coaching centres of the Bihar Board, candidates will have to visit the official website, www.coaching.biharboardonline.com/TeacherForm.
As per the notification, the candidates who are interested in applying for the BSEB’s free coaching programme must be from mathematics, physics, chemistry, and biology backgrounds, and they should have a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a prominent coaching institute. Teachers can opt to teach in one or more districts of Bihar, and the candidates who are selected will be called to give a demo class on March 18.
According to the information furnished on the BSEB website, the initiative aims to provide free coaching, recognising the importance of quality coaching and its role in competitive exams such as JEE and NEET. Under the free residential coaching initiative, considering the financial constraints, the board also provides hostel facilities and free meals.
The selection of the candidates for free coaching classes by the Bihar Board will be done based on an interview and a demo class. Information about selection for the interview will be made available via email or mobile by March 9. Once the interviews are done, a demo class will be held at 11 a.m. on March 18 at Bihar Vidyalaya Samiti, Patna, Sinha Library Road, Patna. If the candidate can perform well during the demo classes, they will be selected to become a part of the faculty of the free coaching classes.
As per the official notification, the free coaching programme run by BSEB will be provided in various districts in Bihar, like Patna, Muzaffarpur, Chhapra, Darbhanga, Saharsa, Purnia, Bhagalpur, Munger, and Gaya. Experienced faculties from major cities in the country are also invited to be part of the programme.
