'Science Textbook Toh Yaad Hoti Nahi Hai...': Jasprit Bumrah's Wife Sanjana Ganesan Gives Befitting Reply After Troll Attempts to Body Shame Her
Star India cricketer Jasprit Bumrah's wife gave a sharp retort to a social media troll on Instagram.

After producing a match-winning performance in the second Test against England, India pace ace Jasprit Bumrah spent some quality time with his family.

Recently, Bumrah’s wife Sanjana Ganesan, a television broadcaster, shared a post on her Instagram handle and a few users began fat-shaming her.

Bhabhi moti lag rahi hai, [You are looking fat],” wrote an Instagram user.

Ganesan, responding to the social media troll, gave a befitting reply.

School ki science textbook toh yaad hoti nahi hai tumse, bada auraton ke bodies ke baare mein comment kar raho ho. Bhaago yaha se. [You can’t even remember school science textbooks, how dare you comment on women’s bodies. Run away],” she wrote.

Bumrah and Ganesan tied the knot in March 2021. The couple was blessed with a baby boy in September last year.

“Our little family has grown & our hearts are fuller than we could ever imagine! This morning we welcomed our little boy, Angad Jasprit Bumrah into the world. We are over the moon and can’t wait for everything this new chapter of our lives brings with it,” the ace India pacer wrote on Instagram announcing the birth of their baby boy.

Bumrah was in spectacular form in the second Test against England. In the first innings, the right-arm pacer picked up six wickets for 45 runs. He continued his sublime form in the next innings and claimed three more wickets to bowl out the opponents for 292.

Chasing a target of 399, the Ben Stokes-led side fell short by 107 runs. Bumrah was, quite rightfully, won the Player-of-the-Match award for his superb bowling in the second Test in Visakhapatnam.

The 30-year-old did a terrific job in the Test series opener as well having picked up six wickets against England. His performance drew widespread praise.

Bumrah had also taken four English wickets in the second innings of the Hyderabad Test. However, despite Bumrah’s genius, England lost the first Test.
