Rajasthan Royals pacer Kuldeep Sen produced a sterling bowling performance during his side’s game against the Gujarat Titans at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Wednesday.

GT won the toss and skipper Shubman Gill opted to field first. The hosts were off to a bright start as Yashasvi Jaiswal picked up one boundary after another en route to his 24 off 19 deliveries. The southpaw fell prey to  Umesh Yadav as he was caught behind by Wade. GT lead spinner Rashid Khan dismissed Englishman Jos Buttler who was caught by Rahul Tewatia.

However, RR captain Sanju Samson and Riyan Parag picked up the slack with their brilliant partnership of 130 runs for the third wicket. Parag, who has been in scintillating form this season produced yet another memorable knock as he added 76 runs before being sent back to the hut by Mohit Sharma.

Samson, making his 50th appearance as the RR skipper, remained unbeaten on his landmark cap with a 38-ball-68 run knock. Shimron Hetmyer closed out the innings alongside his captain with a couple of boundaries off his willow to propel RR to a total of 196/3 in 20 overs.
