Fashion designer and Maison Sia founder Vratika Gupta just bought a fancy apartment in Mumbai’s “Three Sixty West” building for a whopping Rs 116.42 crore, as reported by IndexTap.com, a real estate data analytics company.

The Lower Parel flat spans 12,138 square feet and includes eight parking spaces for cars. According to documents, it was officially registered on January 7, 2024.

The stamp duty for her flat amounted to Rs 5.82 crore.

The twin-tower complex known as ‘Three Sixty West’ made headlines in 2023 for clinching India’s largest property deal. On February 3, 2023, family members and associates of D’Mart founder Radhakrishna Damani purchased 28 units in Mumbai for a staggering Rs 1,238 crore.

In October last year, the promoter of Everest Food Products Private Limited purchased an apartment worth Rs 73.50 crore.

Further, several high-profile deals were registered in the project in 2023. In March, Avener Capital and Bajaj Consultants bought a duplex in the complex for around Rs 100 crore.

The Three Sixty West project features upscale 4BHK and 5BHK units within two towers. One tower hosts the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, while the other accommodates luxury residences managed by the global hospitality chain. The project, with a height of 360 metres, is aptly named for its panoramic sea views, as all apartments are oriented to the west.
