New Delhi: IT major Infosys on Monday said it will announce its second quarter results on October 12. "The board of directors of the company will meet on October 12 to consider the audited financial results of the company as per Indian GAAP for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2012," Infosys said in a filing to the BSE.
The board will also consider the audited consolidated financial results of the company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2012, as per IFRS, it said.
It will also consider declaration of interim dividend, if any.
