Kannada actor Abishek Ambareesh is currently making headlines for his upcoming film, Bad Manners. The movie is all set to hit theatres tomorrow, on November 24. The makers are currently busy promoting the film in full swing. Amid all this, a cutout of Abishek Ambareesh from his upcoming film Bad Manners is trending and garnering attention. On the premises of Santhosh Cinema on Kempegowda (KG Road, Bengaluru), a large cutout of Abishek Ambareesh is seen placed alongside his late father, actor Ambareesh’s cutout from the 1983-action thriller film Chakravyuha. The rare and heartwarming sight is gaining attention among film lovers.
In the cutout, Abishek Ambareesh can be seen in an action hero avatar, donning a black T-shirt, which he teamed with a maroon embellished jacket and matching cargo pants. He rounded off his look with a silver chain and locket and a pair of black shades. Ambareesh’s cutout is from his character in Chakravyuha, and thus donning a police uniform, holding a gun in his right hand.
Chakravyuha was a super hit film directed by V Somasekhar and also featured Ambika, Tiger Prabhakar, Vajramuni, Thoogudeepa Srinivas, and Mukhyamantri Chandru in pivotal roles. It was produced by N Veeraswamy for Eshwari Productions. The film obtained an ‘A’ certificate without cuts from the CBFC. It was also later remade in Hindi as Inquilaab (1984) and in Telugu as Mukhyamantri (1984).
Abishek Ambareesh’s upcoming film Bad Manners is directed by Duniya Soori and also features Rachita Ram, Niranjan, and others in important roles. In a recent interview session, Abishek said that this film will be released in Kannada only. According to him, till now the team has no plan to release this movie at the pan-India level. If the film becomes a hit in Karnataka, the team will think about releasing it at the pan-India level.
As per reports, Abishek recently went to Belagavi, Karnataka, to promote the film. He conducted a press conference in a hotel there. During the media interaction, Abishek said that the natives of Belagavi often complain that the Kannada artists do not come to their region for promotion, so he decided to conduct the promotion of his film here. He also said that Bad Manners is totally a different film and is a must-watch for everyone.
