EVFY will soon launch an app to make finding and accessing EV chargers a breeze, further encouraging the shift toward electric vehicles in India.

EVFY, a new player in the electric vehicle (EV) arena, has just launched its first fast-charging station in Sector 73, Gurgaon.

This move is a major milestone in their goal to transform the EV landscape in India.

The Gurgaon station is the inaugural site in a plan to roll out 100 such stations across the region. It boasts impressive features like dual gun capability, a digital display with RFID for secure user interaction, and various power outputs—120 kW, 60 kW, and 7.4 kW—making it compatible with a range of EVs from two-wheelers to four-wheelers. Located at The One, Sales Gallery on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), this station is set to drive India towards a cleaner future.

India’s public EV charging network has seen explosive growth, from just 1,800 stations in February 2022 to 16,347 by March 2024. With an estimated 50 million EVs expected on Indian roads by 2030, the need for more charging stations is clear.

Shikhar Yadav, Founder of EVFY, stated, “Our strategy is to leverage our technological expertise to revolutionize EV charging. We are actively seeking partnerships with EV manufacturers for seamless charging solutions and will collaborate with major real estate developers and housing societies to broaden our network.”

EVFY plans to expand its network to key areas like Dwarka Expressway, the Airport region, and New Gurgaon, introducing ultra-fast chargers with 150 kW and hyper-fast chargers with 350 kW power outputs.

Hritik Sharma, Co-Founder, added, “We are focused on supporting every step of the EV journey, from vehicle selection to accessible charging, driving the widespread adoption of electric mobility in India.”

Additionally, EVFY will soon launch a dedicated app to make accessing EV chargers easier and support the growing EV market.
