'Rohirat Moment': Rajasthan Royals' Post On Virat Kohli-Rohit Sharma's Bond Stumps Fans

Rajasthan Royals’ new post on platform X about Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli has sent the internet into a frenzy. Rohit and Kohli have represented India as teammates for over a decade. The duo has experienced several highs and lows winning several historic matches together for the Men in Blue. However, the media has constantly talked about a tense relationship between the two batters.

Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Rajasthan Royals seem to think otherwise as they uploaded a video of the duo on platform X. In the video, the Royals made a comparison of how the media sees the duo versus the way they see each other. In their post, they wrote, “Tonight’s bedtime story”. The internet has reacted to the touching post, pouring their takes on the duo’s relationship.

One of the fans was in much appreciation of the admin for the touching post on platform X. He wrote, “Undoubtedly the best admin among the IPL teams, who loves and values their fans and their emotions along with Indian fans. So much love and respect to you admin sir!!”

A cricket fan page also uploaded a picture of the duo on the platform celebrating their latest win against Sri Lanka. They wrote, “Rohirat moment”.

Another fan seemed to be a little emotional with the idea of the duo retiring from international cricket in the upcoming years. He wrote, “Indian fans will miss them most once they retire”.

One more fan talked about how the cricket world was blessed with the presence of the two amazing players. “Exactly, Instead of fighting fans should also understand that WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE BOTH OF THEM.”

Rohit Sharma led India to successive victories against Pakistan and Sri Lanka in the Super Four stage of the Asia Cup 2023. He bagged a half-century against Pakistan in their first Super Four game. Next, it was Virat Kohli who put on a batting masterclass, belting 122 runs in 94 balls in the match. The duo’s heroics helped India seal one of the most dominant wins in the history of the Asia Cup as they beat Pakistan by 228 runs.

In their next game against Sri Lanka, Rohit Sharma led from the front again, scoring 53 runs in 48 balls. Virat Kohli did not have the best day as he departed for three runs on a delivery from Dunith Wellalage in the 14th over. Despite the fall of Kohli’s wicket, India were able to get to 213 runs at the end of the innings. A spotless four-wicket haul from Kuldeep Yadav helped them pick up a comfortable 41-run victory.
