'Depressed' 22-year-old B Tech student commits suicide

A 22-year-old B.Tech student allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a moving train in Muzaffarnagar, police said.

Piryansh took the extreme step on Tuesday, they said, adding he was suffering from depression. The body has been sent for post-mortem and investigation is on, police said.

In another incident, a 48-year-old man allegedly committed suicide by jumping before a train near Mansoorpur railway station in the district, police said. The unidentified body has been sent for post-mortem.
